Scott was born to American parents, in London, England where he lived until he was 15, when his family returned to the U.S. He completed high school in Massachusetts, then went on to obtain a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Saint John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, a college with a curriculum based upon the Great Books of Western Civilization.

After College he and his (future) wife, Jennifer, moved to Saint Louis, where Scott taught at a private school and obtained a certificate in teaching high school English. After 3 years in Saint Louis, the Larson family moved to the scenic mountains of Conway, New Hampshire, where he taught English in the local high school for the following 3 years.

Scott decided to accompany Jennifer to law school at UNB Law in 2005, graduating with her in 2008. He articled at Gilbert McGloan Gillis, was called to the bar in 2009 and remained with the firm practising litigation, in the area of family law, until February, 2014.

Scott has appeared before the trial and family courts in New Brunswick, as well as the Court of Appeal on a number of various matters. He has enjoyed the very personal work he does in family law and brings his experience in this area to his new practice, ready to provide the same high level of dedication and the detail-oriented approach for which he has become known.
